Program Overview:

Nissan’s Advanced Lead Management Program gives dealers the flexibility to opt into five targeted lead programs: Brand Leads, NMAC Lease Loyalty Leads, a.k.a. MOR/LCN Loyalty Leads, Dealer-Generated Leads, Dealer Website Leads, and Third-Party Leads. These programs work together to deliver high-quality, conversion-ready leads.

Dealers also have access to ELMS (Enterprise Lead Management System), a real-time reporting dashboard that consolidates essential data, including lead performance, CRM provider details, enrollment settings, business hours, and other key metrics—all in one place for easy access and optimization.

Nissan Exclusive Support Services

  • Our dedicated Nissan General Support Team is available to assist with lead delivery troubleshooting, CRM and lead settings updates, lead crediting, and other related inquiries.

Optimized Lead Reporting & Analytics

  • Dealers have access to comprehensive lead analytics through the ELMS Analytics Tool.
  • View and track all lead program metrics in one easy-to-use dashboard for better insights and decision-making.

Enhanced Third-Party Lead Sourcing

  • Improved targeting methods and more precise data collection ensure you receive higher quality leads that are more likely to convert into sales.
  • Our system prioritizes lead quality over volume, helping dealerships focus on more effective leads and boosting sales performance.

Advanced Duplicate Lead Management

  • Our system applies enhanced deduplication rules across multiple lead sources before delivering leads to your CRM.
  • This ensures dealerships receive only the most relevant, non-duplicate leads, improving lead quality and close rates.
